>>NAME: The Hive

>>As the Hive is several creatures sharing a singular consciousness, it should be referred to with 'it' (singular-ish), or 'they' (plural-ish). They don't mind either way.

>>APPEARANCE: A beehive. They bear a remarkable resemblance to Earth bees.

>>RELATIONSHIPS: Best friends with Petrichor they had a whole cute sci-fi 'learning to communicate with an alien species' moment. Ambivalent towards Tim, hesitant to share a home with someone so unstable, even if he was there first. They think of themselves as Mal's mother.

>>ADDITIONAL INFO: The Hive is not the same species as any kind of Earth bee (or any sort of universe-limited insect), its kind is native to the Pocket. They all have a high affinity to magic, and can probably all enter computers that are capable of harnessing magic, though they and humans choose to simply avoid each ther whenever possible. The Hive's consciousness partially lives inside Petrichor's computer, as if the PC was another bee in the collective. As a consequence of this and their abnirmally strong affinity with technology even among their own kind, the Hive is slowly turning more and more mechanical in a process difficult to explain to those who are not the Hive themselves. Nevetherless, it is a very real and terrifying phenomenon.
